All watches are shipped with full insurance and require a signature upon delivery. The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs. We use reputable, secure, and discreet shipping carriers to ensure your valuable timepiece arrives safely at your designated address.

We stand by the quality of our watches. If you receive an item that is not as it was represented, we offer a straightforward return process.

• Return Window: You have 10 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.

Every watch we source undergoes a rigorous multi-point authentication process by independent, certified experts. We seek to verify serial numbers, movement originality, and overall condition to ensure you receive a 100% genuine timepiece with clear provenance.

We source watches in various conditions, from unworn (new) to excellent pre-owned condition. The specific condition will be an option you choose on our watch inquiry form and we will follow up with a discussion to clarify and agree on specifics around condition. We aim to find watches that meet or exceed your expectations.

Whenever possible, we strive to source watches that include their original box and papers (warranty cards, certificates, etc.), as this adds to their value and provenance. If a watch does not include these, it will be clearly stated. And of course, you are able to set your preferences when filling out our watch inquiry form.
